- Yoko is about a band breaking up, and it's incredibly beautiful. The stark imagery of the album's cover art is most likely a reference to Yoko Ono, the catalyst in the Beatles' break-up. This particular record is attached to many emotions, most of which I have thoroughly processed and acclimated to, but everyonce in a while, an errant chord or lyrics will probe deep into my psyche, and for a moment or two I am bereft with heartbreak. Does that make any fucking sense at all?
